1. The feature of FM-VIEWER

Various situations can be simulated by changing the following simulation conditions.
In addition, the improvement of operability with control panels and smooth operation on screen by display of operation instructions are realized.

(1) Possible changes in simulation conditions (main ones)

- Atmospheric conditions (wind direction, wind velocity)
- Foam and water discharge nozzle directions
- Spray angle of water discharge nozzle
- Height of heat receiving surface
- Heat flux levels to be shown on contour maps etc.

(2) Provision of the control panel

- Improvement of operability by button operation
- Display of operation instructions (Hover over buttons etc.)

2. Simulation based on customer’s plant layout

Please contact us, if you would like to simulate based on your plant layout and fuels with extra cost.

For simulations for allocation of the firefighting equipment by us, the following data and conditions are required.

(1) Datasheet and characteristic curves of firefighting equipment owned by you
(2) Data of the fuels handling in your premises
(3) Tank datasheet
(4) Plant layout drawing (.dwg)
(5) Tanks on fire, fire pools of fuel spillage
(6) Atmospheric conditions (wind, temperature, humidity etc.)

Based on these data and conditions, we will simulate to decide the suitable locations of foam/water monitors, large-capacity foam monitors, fire trucks etc., and then we will provide simulation results as electronic data.

It is possible to simulate under the conditions described in the above item 1 with FM-VIEWER by yourself.

Please note that it is limited to change simulation conditions other than the ones described in the above item 1.
Especially it shall be noted that fuel oil data, discharge characteristics and allocation of firefighting equipment cannot be changed by FM-VIEWER.

3. End of sales for FIRE MARSHAL

After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the sales of the simulation software (Product name: FIRE MARSHAL) and to provide FM-VIEWER.
