Common End User License Agreement

Please read our End User License Agreement as below before installation of our software.

1. The copyright for this software and composed data is held by Corporation FPEC.

- This software is protected by Japanese low of copyright with related international codes and standards.
- The composed data are the sample and not based on specific landscape, equipment, so the composed data do not violate any rights.

2. Condition of Use

- No analysis, reverse engineering, disassemble, modification, etc., for this software and composed data is allowed.
- No redistribution for any part of this software and composed data is allowed.

3. No Warranty

- For the quality and specification of this software, Corporation FPEC does not warrant at all for its capability, compatibility for particular objective, unclearness for disability.
- Corporation FPEC does not warrant at all for any direct/indirect damages occurred as the installation, usage and product of this software.
- At the same time, Corporation FPEC will correspondence against any bugs of this software.

FireMarshal (CAD Version)
About Security Key FIRE MARSHAL (CAD Version) can easily be installed to any computer by copying in C-Drive (Local Disk) and defining the menu. However, you need the security key (USB) every time you start up and operate the program. Please be sure to store the key in a safe place. Please note that the security key will not be reissued in case of loss.

FireMarshal (OpenGL Version)
About Security Key For Fire Marshal (OpenGL Version), the security key (USB) is not required. Instead, you must obtain and overwrite with a program file with security software key, which will be sent from FPEC as described below after installing software. The program can be run only with the PC, which has been installed with security software key. To get a security software key, please send e-mail to us through "contact us" with selection of "purchase of proper version", and then FPEC will send e-mail to you describing detailed procedures including payment method. Its outlines are; (1) To pay by bank transfer (our bank detail will be informed by mail). (2) After confirmation of the payment, license number and the new file “TrajecoryViewer.jar“ which will be generated from the security software key. (3) Please overwrite the “TrajecoryViewer.jar” in the main folder with the new one. (4) Then your program will become properly functioned.

Nozzler

About Security Key For Nozzler, the security key (USB) is not required. Instead, you must obtain and overwrite with a program file with security software key, which will be sent from FPEC as described below after installing software. The program can be run only with the PC, which has been installed with security software key. To get a security software key, please send e-mail to us through "contact us" with selection of "purchase of proper version", and then FPEC will send e-mail to you describing detailed procedures including payment method. Its outlines are; (1) To pay by bank transfer (our bank detail will be informed by mail). (2) After confirmation of the payment, license number and the new file “TrajecoryViewer.jar“ which will be generated from the security software key.
